Children can go to work in library’s “Construction Zone”

Purcell-area children are building blocks and using their creativity in “Construction Zone,” with the next edition of the afterschool program at 3:15 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5.

Participants will get an introduction to art, math, science and even engineering as they play and build with a variety of colorful blocks and gears.

The program is designed for ages 5 and older, and parents are encouraged to take an active part in what their children are making.

Registration is not required to attend.
